This issue is triggered when a page has an X Card image is more than 5% away from either 1200 × 630 pixels in size, or a 1.91:1 aspect ratio.

Ensure that images specified in twitter:image are the recommend 1200 × 630 pixels size and 1.91:1 aspect ratio so they can be used effectively by X.
